Dear Sir/Madam,

In accordance with the announcement from the beginning of the 2024/2025 academic year, we inform you that on December 14, 2024, starting at 9:30 AM, the legal clinic “CASE STUDY” will be held at the premises of the “Privredna akademija” University in Brčko District BiH (Amphitheater). The study will cover a specific case of a double murder committed by unknown perpetrators, and the study will include an analysis of the work of all criminal prosecution authorities, starting from the investigation (searches, crime scene investigation, interception of telecommunication systems, analysis of base station traffic, forensic techniques, polygraph testing, forensic expert testimony, etc.), indictment (presentation of the indictment), trial (verdict, second-instance verdict).

The goal of this teaching activity is for all those present to participate, with an emphasis on students.

Attendance is mandatory for students of all years of the Faculty of Business and Law, Law major, while all other students or interested citizens are free to attend the legal clinic.
